Easy Returns and Exchanges


We hope you'll love what you ordered. However, in the event something doesn't quite work, we'll gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise for return or exchange.

This system is for online returns only. Store returns and exchanges can be done at our store. If you are no longer in the area of a store, please contact our customer service team for assistance. For faster service, please have your ticket or order number and the item you are returning or exchanging.  



The fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? Maybe the color wasn't what you expected?  Decided on something completely different? No problem. It's fast, easy, and free!  Start the exchange process, to get your prepaid USPS return label. Your new item(s) will be sent as soon as your original parcel is received. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement!  
* Your replacement order will process in 2-3 business days, usually sooner. We'll email you the tracking number when it's on the way. 

An exchange is one transaction only. We can't exchange an exchange, but we can start over with a new order.


Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. It’s a flat rate of $12.00 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless we've made an error on our end.  

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your refund after we have received it. You'll receive an email notification that your refund has been submitted to the bank. Once we've sent your refund through, it's up to your bank how quickly the refund posts to your account. Most people see their refunds post in 5-7 business days. 


If you're close to our store, you can drop off your return there. Refunds will be processed through the internet returns department. Please allow 2-3 business days. We'll email you with a confirmation that your return was received and your refund or exchange has been processed.


Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our return policy is simple.
You have 45 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if you love it or it's not quite right. Nearly everything you buy on our site is eligible for return or exchange.*  Missed the deadline? Don't worry. Just contact our friendly and efficient Customer Service Team. We're here to help. 
Returns must be in their original condition—this means unworn and with boxes intact. In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please Contact Us directly, and we'll set things right—right away.
We reserve the right to adjust your refund if your return does not meet our returns policy.  There is a $15 re-boxing fee if you return your footwear without its original box.  By "original box" we mean the SHOE box. You're welcome to ship things back in a different shipping box.  Please don't use the shoe box as your shipping box! If you do, the re-boxing fee applies.

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment unless there has been returns abuse. Persons suspected of returns abuse will be blocked from receiving a refund to their original payment method and will receive a store credit, instead.
If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

* Clearance items may not be exchanged, but may be returned due to limited inventory.
